High Ropes

XC’s high ropes obstacle course is situated 12m above the ground and is accessed through a passageway within the caving structure.

High rope courses for the public have increased in popularity over the last 20 years, although they have a long history dating back to the centuries. It is unclear where and when the first ropes course was created, but they have been identified as being used by the military to train soldiers as far back as the ancient Greeks.

High ropes are great for core stability, agility and balance as well a burst of adrenaline. They are open for you to try individually or as part of a party, group or corporate event.

 Caving with High Ropes parties and Climbing/Bouldering with High Ropes parties for 13-18 children will be a 2 hour party.

All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian on their first visit.

There is a minimum age of 8 years old applied to all high ropes activities.
