Covid-19 (Corona Virus) Update and F.A.Q

It is with heavy hearts that we have had to close XC until further notice. Our phone lines are now not manned and we are operating with a limited team, so please bear with us if we can’t respond quickly to queries. We will try to answer some of the most frequently asked questions below. Thank you all so much for your messages of support.

If you pay monthly by EFT (Similar to Direct Debit) your account will be frozen and you will not be charged.

If you have a prepaid membership (Monthly or Annual) this will be paused and the extra time added on when we re-open.

If you gave us your 1 months notice period for cancelling your membership, you will not be charged your final month.

We are so grateful to all of you who have asked this. We are in the process of setting up a Just Giving Page and if anyone feels able to make a donation, we will be incredibly grateful.
Yes, absolutely! We thank you for your support, please get in touch as soon as we re-open to re-schedule your booking!
If you do not want to postpone your booking, that is fine, we understand.

If you paid online, we are able to issue a refund quite easily through our online booking system. Please notify us via e-mail at enquires@thexc.co.uk

If you paid over the phone or in person at reception, getting a refund will take a little longer. You will unfortunately have to wait until we re-open.

Unfortunately we can not give a time-frame. We will respond to Government guidelines.
